I JUST realized CM and KB were imposed in it! I just saw the Morton's Salt girl! Too funny!

JB is really testing to see if this juror can block out all the evidence and find her not guilty.

JB - Scale of 1 to 10, how sure are you that you can really do this? Put everything you've seen and heard aside and do this. 10 being 100%.

Juror - 8 to 9. I'd really try. I believe I can.

1129 believes he can come in with an open mind (8/9 scale of 1-10)

This is like pulling teeth without the benefits of an anesetic...slow and painful with a lot of prying and screaming. (The screaming is mine.)

:banghead:

JB: You noticed that both attys have gone over the evidence you are aware of and the coverage as it relates to this case. Have you ever had to take info you already had and block it out.

my prior jury service was not a case anything like this. a much smaller affair.

JB: this is the first time you have ever been asked anything like that?

yes.

JB: you are being asked to do it but you have not done it. on a scale from one to ten how sure you can do this, I don't mean be fair everyone wants to be fair. I mean block out everything you have heard about this case...from one to ten where do you fall in that range?

eight to nine. I would try to come in with an open mind...

JB: I will try but you are not certain that you can..

I would try...

JB: okay.

Great idea, call all the local monasteries, you may find someone who has not watched tv, read a newspaper or surfed the internet.......or maybe Amish country.......
This is absurd.....

Juror #3 has 'Leeitis'.

No it's a rule book. And those usually are a bible for litigators. Perhaps it needs to be in from JB instead :) Looks like it's from Thomson West.

It looks like what we call here in California a "5 & 1" which is all the codes condensed into one book. It is truly the legal bible......only a new one comes out each year!!!! With updates mid-year to the new laws........FYI
