We had this conversation last Saturday around the dinner table.
Out of seven adults, I was the only one who waffled.....couldn't come up with a definitive answer.
It's not cut and dry for me. EACH case would be have to decided on it's own (circumstances, etc.), at least for me.

sbm

but what you just said is how I feel and this is why I say the PJs are not being strictly honest, because I would have said that I am unequivically (cant spell been listening to DT too long today) against the DP in almost all cases .... I could be more specific like I am here (until the ethan stacey case I was 100% against DP) but in no way would I answer a lawyer, in court, as.....I got no opinion on the DP. I have opinions.

I really more than ever adore this prosecution team. It's great to see Mr. George in action. I really like him!

They convey such professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge.

The DT not so much. They really seem to fumble in comparison.

I was gone for a couple of hours because of a migraine from new meds. I had my husband call the dr. to find out what I could take. I told him I had to get back to WS and the web feed. He was like take a break-I said I couldn't-I can't stay away. He said that this stuff was like crack. lol

Sorry to be repetitive, but does anyone know what the next phase of this process is? Is it more questions or is it just the strike round?

Casey stone faced, not a tear as George explains the jurors will have to look at pictures that may be disturbing, pictures of the remains of a small child. Casey looks mad takes a deep breath grabs her pen and paper and gets to business.

Any one ever hear of Dr. Demento? This pot juror sounds like him.

this juror is being asked about being exposed to the photos of a small child.

the juror says the pics will not disturb him to the point of not serving.

he is a dog person. the last time he had a pet was in college. it was a cocker spaniel.

he has no exposure except on tv.

okay: this man is laughing and laughing. I didn't and have not typed the number of times he has laughed. they are all laughing...

CM: we are almost done. any legal training?

paralegal studies...

aggg. no really I am done now. this man, is silly.
