Does anyone have or know of the number of appearances JB and or CM have made on such shows as Issues, Geraldo, etc? I believe that when the DT complains about pre-trial publicity, it should be countered with the number of their appearances.

I really can't believe they're calling this guy back. I actually thought the defense's objections were valid!

Judge was asking them to use the preemptive strike after he educated them on the fact that no one will be knowledge free of the case.

I'm in total and complete AWE of HHJP. He knows case law like the back of his hand. Many judges are well read, very well read in case law. But HHJP blows most judges out of the water with his off the top of his head recall of case law. Absolutely amazing. His questions are very on point. I have SO much respect for this man.

Lola, you are absolutely right. If he wants a good mark on his report card, JB should wait until after the jury brings in its decision. jmo
