UM, maybe everyone on the defense team gets a day in 'the little chair' depending on how mad ICA is at them. Yesterday ICA and JB appeared to be having a spat and today JB is in 'the little chair'.

The shots that show both teams' tables are interesting. The Defense table is so cluttered Casey wouldn't be able to find an open spot to clean. The Prosecution's table is so neat, we could serve a banquet on it. If organization were a factor in the outcome, Casey would be sitting on Death Row right now.

How many times can you ask someone their opinion on the death penalty and possible preconceived notions? That's basically what it comes down to. I have the feeling that AF and the DT will ask and ask and ask until they so confuse the potential jurors that they get an answer they can use to deny the juror from serving.

Maybe a dumb question but does ICA get any say in the jury choice? If so she's looking for people she can manipulate and seduce.

Round steak tacos:

buy round steak and cut it into the size you like in a taco. Cook meat in pan with a little bit of oil. (You can put taco seasonings on it but I like it plain )

Then I steam my flour shell, put in the meat and I like really, really sharp cheddar cheese. Tomato, lettuce, sour cream...whatever you like...

Yum!

PS: All the attorneys are away from the bench. CM was speaking to ICA. ICA is "working" right now.

This goes to show why so many don't want to do jury duty. To think that there are 60 something people just waiting to be questioned again for goodness knows how long.

Were all of those told to come in today? If so they need to decide on a number to do each day and send the rest home as of the rate they are going they are not going to be able to do more than 10 if they are lucky.

Maybe the court system needs to come up with a list of standard questions from which the lawyers can choose from.
