She's talking about "educating" the jurors about mitigating circumstances, etc. so that they can better understand her questions; however, it's not her job to "educate" the jurors about anything - that's the judge's job.

I do not like this woman, AF. She rolls her eyes a lot and generally seems annoyed by the court and even her client. I don't think she is coming across well at all and I wonder if the jurors will feel the same.

HJBP: If ya'll would utilize that microphone...

I'm really surprised they are letting iPhones, etc. in the courtroom. I thought that was a no-no.

OH goodie we get to here what mitigation they plan to use.....just what JA wanted to know.

age.....

what else ANN???

  • #848
AF- Age is a mitigation factor!

Lack of maturity, lack of parental guidance, taught to project false appearance, sexual abuse, used as a decoy or pawn by her parents....

I like AF I really do. I dont know why she's tailgating on this case but she's good. she is annoying me with the petty questions but eh. anyone would annoy me.

HHJP: I missed the last part. Please use the mic.

AF: Voir Dire needs to be meaningful. The questions need to be important. Whether or not the juror can consider those mitigation circumstances. Should she ask if the juror can consider it, but if the juror does not understand those circumstances.

AF: Age is legally something she can ask for the jury to consider. I have a list of mitigating circumstances I would like to present to him.

HHJP: Let me hear the list.

AF: age, lack of maturity, lack of impulse control, parents failed to protect her, has poor coping skills, used a scapegoat...
