The state should use a strike on him if not excused for cause. He stated that he could not convict if there were any "possible" doubt of her guilt.

So, does the Websleuths team want to use a strike?

No, I want him excused for cause, save our strikes!!!!!!!!!!! :floorlaugh:

We REALLY need to get a new analogy. I've heard "cart before the horse" about a MILLION times the past week.

The case before the hearse???

Oh that was in poor taste. Sorry

I think he is good enough to serve on the jury.

This is where I have a problem.......he says he is against the DP. That should be the end of it, and call the next one. The Judge appears to try and convince people they can do this...they won't be able to!

I don't understand that it. I thought they had to be DP qualified. The pj said he could not do it under any circumstances so move on.

But the jurors are only hearing it for the first time. :)

Can I use it on one of the Defense Team?

LOL. Agreed. I'd like to use one on AF who is about to bore us all here in about 5 seconds.

How many we get...because I thought we would have used them all collectively this past week?

:)

Yes, but each of these PJs are only hearing it twice.

O/T, I'm banished to my room so my daughter can watch tv. I worked hard all week to get my 'home office' set up just to find out my wireless is almost non-existant back there. Very unhappy.

I am not as concerned about the sentencing phase as the guilt phase. JP will listen to the jury's recommendation for sentencing, but he is the one who chooses the sentence.

She wouldn't really address this guy....hes with her....

I would like mercy for when AF speaks......pretty please...:fence:

judge wants it to be clear on record giving the juror enough law to change his mind because he might not understand the law. If he still finds that he cannot with the DP then he will be excused for cause MOO

OMG I nodded off ..

I feel like he pushes them into saying they would give it thought even though they say they wouldn't. He points out to them that they don't have to recommend death just allow the thought to go through their mind.
