Spoke about it with her daughter - told her she had to be neutral about it.

i'd travel from oregon and I just can't figure out if I'd lie to get on, like many have, imo, or not.

I don't recall her mentioning that. She was so busy claiming church attendance daily, I don't think they got as far as 'Death Penalty'.
