Really like this juror....but DT will strike her...she's too close to her daughter and granddaughter.

Oh ..... :banghead:

They could find a jury here in NM...no one knows about this case. They barely know about the local cases.

I believe this woman knows far more about the case than she is admitting, JMO.

Much to my sadness she's gone JMHO :twocents:

  • #306
Alright the defense will want her gone, for sure IMO.

She didn't listen to the JUDGE's orders!!!!!!

If she wasn't a cold blooded murderer, I would maybe ask her out sometime (yes I'm weird)

I'm going to let that slide and attribute the comment to jury selection fatigue. Clearly your post is evidence of a lack of judgement. It's a mitigating factor so I'll consider it.

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Hope you know I'm being funny.

Disappointed that this might get her stricken (struck?), but at least she is being honest...or seems to be.

LDB: did you watch some of the hearings that took place on tv? or on the internet?

not on the internet but on tv, snippets here and there but I am not actively watching it.

LDB: have you retained any information as to what those hearings dealt with?

basically the visuals. I can't recall anything specific, really.

LDB: you said that your daughter, does she still live in NH?

yes

LDB: you daughter contacted you re: jury service how did that happen?

Lunch break, I don't know if I called her or she called me. she always calls me everyday. it is loney and she is in a cabin. she knew I had jury duty I am still at the court in the lobby on a break, she asked if I would serve I said I don't know but, and this was after we came in here, that this is very high profile and you know what that may be. and she said no, and I said Orlando. And she knew, because she gave the name.

LDB: end?

I told her I couldn't talk about it and she respected that, but I know she is watching and listening, but when I do speak with you she said mom I don't want to talk to you about it.

LDB: what did she say?

she said mom that will change you life. ( ) I inferred that people could have dreams, it might change your disposition. she said it may change you life.

LDB: did you respond?

I said, we will see. Convo after that was about ( inserted granddaughters name) IMHO: not this lady for a juror.
