The good thing about this is that the DT's strikes are dwindling down.

That was NOT a good move on your part, Mr. Baez...

I agree.
She would have made a very good juror..
IMO I believe she would have been fair to ICA...

Does it bug anyone else how ICA sits there making notes all the time. It's like she thinks she's the secretary on a legal team, not the defendant!

I've seen a few English trials (I'm a Brit) but I have yet to see one where the defendant sat writing the whole time. JMO.

No RB today? I haven't seen her.

Just tuning in to both live feed and WS. Can I get a quick rundown? How many jurors have we been through? Good or bad morning for the State? tia

just the one pj, who the dt peremptorily struck, not good for state, she would ahve been perfect

LOL - ermmm - could be why I have begun lunges during these sessions...:innocent:

I've decided to take your idea and use my cross trainer while AF speaks :biglaugh:

In Sessions is reporting very accurately they believe the DT striked this juror due to the age of her youngest child 2 1/2.

Yup & said if they didn't get their way now she'd be gone on a 'back-strike'..I hate to admit I see DT's point but she still was a GOOD juror.

I'm afraid many already picked are NOT going to get much of the testimony, especially the expert's, so how is that FAIR to the victim=Caylee? :banghead:

Her taking on roles - like this para legal thing she's doing now - has been a cause for consternation from the beginning - it's freaking creepy

Nearly an hour and a half with this last PoJ only to dismiss her - It's gonna be a long day.....

Have you noticed SOTS that ICA has begun using really child like actions? Like the way she is holding that pen? That's the way a four year old holds a pen, before they actually learn to write.:waitasec:

I really dont think the dt struck because of the age of her children. I believe that they knew and understood that this person was smart and logical and seemed pretty upfront and honest. These are not things that you can manipulate to your advantage. And of course Casey was not having anyone bright, young, intelligent taking her spotlight from JB. It is my opinion that ica wanted her gone, gone, gone. The whole time she was watching this juror you could see how threatened she was by her. She felt that this woman can take everything from me. She has to go. all imo

I just posted an updated tweets file in the Twitter sticky thread.

It includes an announcement from the Ninth Circuit court, as well as some interesting info on what the attorneys on both sides are doing (and not doing) with their computers.

I know I'd be concerned if Casey Anthony had all my details cos this girl doesn't like to be thwarted.

Good morning everyone! :seeya: Just got myself settled for the day. Have I missed anything good?

Of all the PJ's thus far, I liked this PJ the best. She seemed to be a no nonsense person and well educated. I knew she wouldn't make it. The DT does not want well educated Jurors.
