OT, but during the "Cart before the horse" talk... I must be on the road Thursday, for a 12 hour drive. I have downloaded WESH and the other FL tv station apps, but they do not have streaming video.

Does anyone know how I can stream the ICA trial on my Droid Incredible? I was going through the internet, but I suppose the video is takes too much bandwidth, as it keeps hanging. Any ideas?

Thank you, and I apologize if this is in the wrong place. I sought another area on Ws, but could not find one.

Thanks!

I just love how HHJP says deaf.......CM would know something about that.

It realllllllly irritates me (to no end) how they all refer to ICA as Ms. Anthony, and little Caylee as 'the child'. :(

thats not by mistake. they want to make Caylee as insignificant an object as possible.

they will be doing a lot more of that at trial, without making it obvious, as much as possible.

course it will be obvious here. hopefully the jurors will catch it. dunno if the state can point it out at some point, but I doubt it, that might not be FAIR to ica.

we wouldn't want that.

I found this rather amusing from Jim's Twitter:

JimLichtenstein Jim Lichtenstein
There's a woman knitting in court. #caseyanthony #caseyanthonytrial

Oooooo, like Madame DeFarge and her "shroud"? LOL :floorlaugh:

Off with her head!

I think the mitigating factor should be the age of the victim? It wasn't like Caylee Marie was holding her at gunpoint. Caylee Marie was a 2 year old precious little murder victim buy a 22 year old ADULT.

MOO

Mel

Caylee's age is an aggravating factor. It goes against ICA, should she be convicted.

I got online late, but I think the potential jurors list has been updated. I didn't get a chance to check it, just read the news headlines and came here.

The state tried to strike the AA woman who stated she couldn't sit in judgement of another person and it was denied.

Current list IF they keep the current pot juror.

1340: first guy up that took forever (7 y/o daughter)
1398: crisis counselor
1019: computer guy with nurse wife
1055: nursing student with the rat terrier
1319: older AA lady had a challenge by state that was denied
1429: long grey haired lady that had a dui
1025: chef with 2 young kids
1007: giggly lady defense challenge denied
1159: VA guy with 5 years in the army has young son
3397: stocktrader with bad back
3308: He had baseball tickets to see the Milwaukee Brewers, but canceled them because of the jury selection.
3015: Female, no hrdshp; no family or financial; medical, needs labwork done once for kidney transplant; HHJP asks about "any" lab and there's no problem; will be pd by work, born in Warren Ohio

12 please, Lord please!!!

BBM.

Ugh. I'm so sad. That woman is totally going to hang this jury. I'm going to pray that the others can talk some reasoning into her.

I don't think this woman will cause a hung jury at least the chances of it are not too high IMO.

she just passed a note to AF and gave her the "you know what I am saying" eyes

I think the PJ might be stealthily criticizing CA & GA's behavior/parenting by bringing up the issue of her sons & saying she would expect the jurors to use the law in judging them. She might not like the way the A's have supported Casey...

  • #232
okay really she has already said she can apply the law, geez, this is going to take forever.

She sounds good,naybe #12?

I have a hard time believing that she could put someone ICA's age to death...being that she has 2 sons her age. I just dont see it.

For days ICA didn't move and now she is writing and writing some more....why the sudden change?

Due to her fidgeting, etc., is it possible they gave her a stimulant, ie, Ritalin, Adderall, etc that they normally give children with ADHD to keep them from fidgeting and paying attention?

I know stimulants can cause "hypergraphia" (excess writing).

I think she has been medicated with something but that's JMO.

I'm fine with LWOP

Juror says her having 2 sons near KC's age would NOT make her think that she deserves a break or deserves leniency, because she may possibly imagine one of her sons in that position.

AF up. (my cue for a potty and coffee break ;} )
