Does my neighbor really have to cut the same patch of lawn nearest to my window over and over and over when I'm trying to eavesdrop on the court?

I actually told my lawn guy not to edge the other day!!!!! Too distracting.

From what I gathered , both the State and the DT see no reason to keep the 11 peeps back there and are going to talk to the judge about it.

ITA. She actually seemed a little surprised when the PJ said she was praying mercy for "her" soul.

IMO, I don't think she would have teared up if it was little Caylee she was praying for.

ICA is totally in Caseyland. It's all about her.:banghead:

She never tears up for Caylee only hersef....

Through headphones, I was able to hear JA and JB conferencing on how best to handle the 11 waiting jurors. They believe that the judge is keeping them there to force use of strikes, and the two lawyers want to somehow convey to the judge that they will use their strikes just as aggressively even if he lets the jurors go home for the day.

Essentially: The lawyers think that the judge thinks that they won't be in a rush to use their strikes if there isn't a threat of 11 sitting outside ready to seat.

I feel like I just left church. This PJ just put me back some.

I am not knocking this woman at all, I believe she truly is sincere about feeling bad for ICA. I feel like she just didn't know how to say it, other than she feels bad.

She almost reminded me of my mother, God rest her soul.

Didn't want to remain seated? lol

That was the code not to post "OMG the mikes are on!!!!!!!!!" so we could still listen.

Well ICA's tears dried up quickly.

I have no pity for her. I would have if she were remorseful, took a plea and admitted her awful crime.

But since she refuses to,t hen she deserves the punishment due fit.

Plus...I really think she wants to go to Philadelphia...and I'm serious.

Hope she gets to go and continues to pray for ICA's soul. Lord knows not too many are inclined in that direction. MOO.
