Now that you've mentioned it, I think I noted that same reaction from her several days ago when someone else said something she knew was incorrect. You may have brought out a really important "tell" to watch for.
FRIDAY!!! Glad to see you playing in the sandbox with us. I look forward to hearing your somments!!

I like this PJ. Something about him sits well with me. He sounds very sincere and firm with his answers. I don't think anything about his background is weird, nor do I think it's weird that he's 53 and not married, nor do I think it means he's gay, and even if so, who cares?

I really hope he gets on. I like his answers, and he sounds like he would be fair.

JB just tried to confuse this PJ that he has to find all the charges of guilt or non at all.

Why do they ask whether the PJ has a military background?

Military for the most part are accustomed to following the rules, listening to authority (higher ups).

SF connection --- very interesting. The chef dude lived in this area as well.

Keeping my fingers crossed that the potential jurors are still there and that BOTH sides want him!

Jose is doing his "I like this guy and am trying to educate him" speech

Casey: looks like she is interviewing someone for a job at the kodak shop she worked at ((hurl))

I can't believe JB actually called this a golden opportunity. Freudian slip maybe??

I don't see any reason not to seat this PJ so far, unless they come up with something but since it hasn't happened...

Fingers crossed the other 11 are there!

  • #1,038
"Cloaked in presumption of innocence", is that a new one JB???

  • #1,039
I didn't hear her ask about Mercy but I tend to tune her out a lot, sorry!

JB: "She is "cloaked" in presumption of innocence."

10 dollar word!
