I think because she said on the DP ruler she was 'a 4 or 5, at MOST'.

I could not be a judge, I would have had a nervous breakdown by now, just having to repeat over & over for juror after juror, only to have them booted! ARGH

Thanks for offering such warm welcomes. I doubt I'll ever reach the commenting abilities of most of you, but I do feel surrounded by many unseen friends and supporters. Old enough to know that all works out the way it's meant to be - don't get frustrated. Justice will have its day.

JB questioning her now about where she gets her news. She doesn't read the paper, watches local news. She does get the St Pete newspaper but doesn't read it. Gets no news from the internet. She doesn't know anything about the internet, just email.

No chance today. The other 11 were sent home until 1 p.m. tomorrow.

wesh live blog says that the 11 have been sent home with instructions to return tomorrow at 1pm

It sounds like HHMP is thinking that by 1:00pm tomorrow they will have at least 12 jurors and they can be sworn in at 1:00pm, sequestered, and bussed to Orlando. That would give them one day of rest before the trial starts on Friday. OR, would HHMP send the jury to Orlando, while the court stays in Pinellas to continue selecting alternates?
