JP sure has his hands full with this DT and I think he is about to blow a gasket. I was under the impression he could tell JB just how this trial is going to run and to STHU and sit down. It may be because I don't know much about AF, but she almost looks perturbed about all of this JB crap. JMO.

No, but I would get them all the time if I didn't get my ears irrigated every 3 to 6 months. Don't mean to be too graphic, but I suffer from some weird anomaly where my ears make an excessive amount of wax. When I was younger I got ear infections all the time...not fun, so I do what I can to avoid them now. As soon as they get clogged enough that I can't hear, I immediately go and get them flushed.

Good luck with yours, though. I always describe them as if someone was taking a power drill right into your eardrum...there's just no way to get rid of that pressure until the infections is gone. Ugh.

On-topic:
I hope they get this straightened out. I really can't believe that JB wants to go back to Orange County, unless he really thinks they can't sit a jury there. Not understanding the delay, though. It's not like trials have an expiration date.

IIRC, His Honor said before this ever started, way back when, that they would have a jury picked in a week, if not, they would be headed back to Orange County to do it.
What happened to that plan?

You would think, except they don't know or shouldn't what the delay is.

When being questioned by each side they know who took the longest, the last PJ was in the court room and heard the DT talking for 30 seconds at least...so these people are not stupid..they know who is delaying things. Not only that the Judge twice and more than that had to apologize to the Jury for it taking so long which that alone lets the PJ think about what the delays could be, then reflect when they were questioned. 1+1=2

Dont forget we need 8 alternates. Might as well go through thebother 15 then let the dt strike 1 and the state strike 4. That would give us 21. 12 jurors and 9 alternates. Assume the defense and state gets 1 strike each for alternates. We would have the number. Plus DT can't use that as a appeal issue.

Why did JB want to keep delaying? Isn't he working for slave wages? The longer he puts it off the longer he has to wait to give his brilliant opening statement. He should be chomping at the bit to see everyone's jaw drop.

Faith in the SA and faith in the justice system...this is not about ICA, this is not about JB...this is about CAYLEE and every force in heaven and on earth is for CAYLEE! The SA is awesome, they are the only ones in this for the right reasons and good will always prevail over evil. We're going to get this jury today! :cheer:
