There's no jury panel coming in tomorrow. No jury panel... no jurors to go through. This is it! Once we are done, I believe the State and Defense will be forced to use their strikes for the 12... once those are used, they will move on to the alternates.

I was talking more the ones who have actually said it in the courtroom, but good point! All negative in the jury pool yesterday! How is Casey not scared right now? I know I would be!

HHJP was permitted use of the court room until Saturday, so I'd imagine so. He will want to get as many PJ's as possible, because likely- many will be striken.
