Well ladies and gentlemen... this is do or die time. We will figure out if JB and the defense want a do over at another location. I really hope that they realize that going somewhere else could backfire on them. I think they have a jury of impartial people. They need to just get it over with.

I don't think her medicines would cause a problem. Curious as to how she was a felon and lost her rights and got them back though.

On the other hand, will she want to give ICA a 2nd chance? Does she try too hard to find the good in everybody?

I think after 20 years if her record is clean and an upstanding citizen she can petition to have her rights restored. Not sure but I think I read that somewhere

I'm not even sure it would take that long - friend of the kids has a felony conviction (drugs-theft) and she can still vote etc.(we we're just talking about this too). She's just a bit older than ICA and her convictions were probably 7 or 8 years ago. I know there is a legal process to restore the rights...

I want HHJP to clear the room of all but press people once he brings in the jurors to be sworn.

GA created a bigger monster in her when he told her she was in charge. I would lose it if a HS dropout was telling me what to do after I put in years in college and law school. She just loves to order them all around. Reminds me of someone she might know personally.

That is the one I think the State should strike. The one I thought JB might use a strike on the 12 to move him up into the 12 (he is an alternate right now) and I thought the State would be forced to use a stike on him.
