I had a nap after the trial finished today - these 5 am mornings are catching up, but towards the end people were talking about being concerned about CA and how could they sit through court today after yesterday.

I think it is essential that CA hear every day, day by day, the testimony and events leading up July 15th, because remember all the tall tales she was hearing from ICA during that month. I don't believe she will testify for ICA, but I also believe she is hearing in court just how bad it was - I think there is lots she still does not know.

A lawyer has to get the jury's trust, if you blow that you'll never get it back. I think Baez has already crossed that point!

JB acted like a mad man when he cross examined TL today, asking if KC bought a gun or weapon at Blockbuster, or the mall, or any of the other places they went.

Didn't the state leave it open to call TL back. I think I heard that today. I think the date will get straighten out. I think the state is going to call him back and talk about the smell. Didn't TL talk about it in his depo. He ask ICA what is that smell?

I believe that TL is up first thing tomorrow morning.

As many times as Casey practiced "reacting" to the disgusting sexual abuse talk, prepared with tissue in hand and turning her face to "cry" into the shoulder of the person to her right and all.

Funny how for an accidental drowning, she didn't shed a tear when AL was talking about when he witnessed Caylee got too close to the pool so Casey stopped her.

BBM. Casey may have been "playing house", but the prosecution drove home the fact that all of these young people with whom Casey associated were going to college and now have "real" jobs.

You can't tell the jury to follow the duct tape, blame George for disposing of Caylee, then saying Kronk may have placed Caylee's body where it was ultimately found...how the hell is anyone to follow the duct tape with those directions?:crazy:
