I can not believe we are going here but it looks like JB is trying to say that when ICA gave GA the gas cans back that there was no duct tape on them and so after he used/filled them back up that GA put that duct tape on and hence he used the roll of duct tape that was also found on Caylee and he was the only person using that roll of tape.

Please GA do not fall on ICA's sword. She would not do the same for you in a million years.

This marking of calendars is just not effective, in my opinion.

They can only cross examine based on what was presented during direct. He cannot address the drowning.

However, by implying that GA did not ask police about a missing Caylee, at that time, he is leaving open the doubt in the jurors mind, that GA didn't ask about it, because he already knew where Caylee was...drowned and disposed of somewhere.

... but KC was telling them she was traveling, etc. for work and Caylee was with Zanny. So no reason for GA to tell cops about missing Caylee because as far as he knew she wasn't missing (or dead).

All the duct tape proves is that the duct tape found on Caylee's skull was in the Anthony home. How does that suggest that George had sole possession of the duct tape in that home??
