Yet Baez REFUSES to acknowledge what GA is saying about it being a different picture that he was shown on that day..

And I clearly remember the pic that GA is talking about - there were TWO pieces of duct tape. One over the vent and a longer one that, I think, was just above the vent - between the vetn and the handle.

Geesh - even GA remembered that.

I'm concerned about George coming across as overly defensive to jurors who are not steeped in this case.

All they've heard is that GA allegedly abused his daughter and then hid his dead granddaughter's body (or at least, was the last person seen with it). A combative George may well make them feel he's defensive over the abuse and body hiding.

Yes! This is exactly what I"m worried about. I'm not sure what he is trying to do. Don't we already know that the duct tape was in the A's home? Why is this such a big deal? It also ties ICA to the tape.

I don't think it matters what George says here. I think him coming off defensive is hurting the defense.

I'm confused.
