JB called this all wrong. George Anthony has been forced to either protect himself from false claims or try to help his daughter. This was a horrible move on the part of the defense. George is not going to be accused of killing the baby he loved so much.

If the State had not gone down this path we would have seen George doing what he did in the hearings trying to get around the evidence about his daughter. Trying to help the defense like when he said he felt he was an agent of the State. Now he has been cornered and he can't help Casey in this situation. What a horrible position to be in for a parent. Just horrible.

Ricardo and KC dated and continued to hook up some after she started dating TL if I remember that right, Amy stayed on his couch for a while. He was part of the group that went to PR.

The other thing is ICA claimed to have run out of gas...called AL and broke into the shed..there was no setup. AL knows she took them, JB is trying to plant that they were never taken by ICA...because GA really took them for what exactly? I'm so confused...I don't think you can go there while it's still unclear about what he "supposedly" did with the body? UGH!

It's only been 3.5 days? What's gonna happen in 3-4 weeks? Asking the judge for pretzels - puhleeze. He's having a hard enough time keeping this trial going. Yes, I've been on juries. We would never think of asking for such a thing. You can ask the bailiff who's watching you, but you don't need to pass notes to the judge.

I understand your frustration, Melanie. Let us not forget the sacrifices this jury is making to bring justice to Caylee. If they pass a note for pretzels or to ask permission to write in diaries, I'm okay with it.

I really feel GA's pain...As JA was re-crossing him, hiis nose became red, his eyes kept fighting the tears and he was hurting so much for the loss of Caylee and the realization that this is something he has had to come to accept. Hopefully, the jury is feeling this for the bigger picture: Justice for Caylee

the other times Casey took gas from their home..did she have a key or had she broken the lock before?? it should be brought out that even though casey had taken gas, this was the first time that the locks had been broken.

Ok I'm seriously starting to wonder how JB passed the bar. Did he pay someone to take it for him? Geez, even I know the difference between the State presenting their case and the Defense presenting theirs. JB wants to do it all at once.

I feel sooo sorry for GA having to deal with JB . . . :maddening:
