Not yet. But he has not been excused. He is subject to recall. The state seems to be going in chronological order, so they may do it in the future.

Man, my heart is just breaking for George right now.

And this is coming from someone who was SURE that George was going to stand behind Casey and lie for her.

You can see the pain he is feeling. It is palpable in every word he speaks.

As far as the jurors notes. It is common to send notes to be answered by the Judge. It is their only means of communication. It has to go through the Baliff so the Judge remains impartial.

I have no doubt that HHJP instructed them to put a note together for special requests.

I see no issue with it.

VERY telling IMHO - Caylee stayed the night & slept in the bed - NOT AT ALL THE CASE with AL
