The bruise on Caylee in the picture has been brought out to the jury inadvertently by RM. Previously, HHJP ruled that the bruise would be photoshopped out so the jury wouldn't draw any conclusions from it.

So he slipped it in...not the state.

Now that the name "Juliette" came out of RM on the stand, I just gotta share this...My daughter went to school with Juliette Lewis at Taft HS in Woodland Hills, Ca. Juliette L. became a famous actress..My daughter wanted me to see that her Hi School friend was in Oliver Stone's film called "Natural Born Killers"!! JL and Woody Harrelson played horrible mutilating murdering maniacs. I just find it so ironic that ICA chose to have a fictitious co-worker named Juliette Lewis!!

the other times Casey took gas from their home..did she have a key or had she broken the lock before?? it should be brought out that even though casey had taken gas, this was the first time that the locks had been broken.

IIRC, in one of their depos, GA or CA stated the shed key was on a key holder in the garage which ICA knew about and used. They hid the keys after numerous gas can removals by ICA. I dont remember the date they did this.

It's only been 3.5 days? What's gonna happen in 3-4 weeks? Asking the judge for pretzels - puhleeze. He's having a hard enough time keeping this trial going. Yes, I've been on juries. We would never think of asking for such a thing. You can ask the bailiff who's watching you, but you don't need to pass notes to the judge.

I remember when the DT and SA were discussing the pictures, JB said he wasn't going to object to the one's they agreed on. Why is he doing that now?
