If I was a green juror knowing nothing of the legal system, I would be wondering why, after three years of evidence gathering, was the DT objecting and why there was so many distracting sidebars.

I betcha one or more jurors want to ask HHJP that question.

For example in opening statements, she could have her fathers anatomy in her mouth one minute then at school the next

She had to compartmentalize her world to cope

When the jury realizes that KC remained at home, with Caylee, did not try to get a job and live far away from her abusers, in fact never tried to, they will realize this line is all bunk.

Quick but right answer - NO! Florida anyhow does not consider diminished mental capacity as a defense in a capitol murder case even if being a sociopath was considered insanity. Sociopaths know right from wrong - they just don't care.

Let's just say I think ICA is going to be "conscrewed" if she doesnt dump JB soon. His nonlinear cross examination questions are very concerning. If I were ICA, I would have fired him a long time ago for someone with death penalty experience and expertise.
