If ICA was really that ill, wouldn't the defense offered an insanity defense or plea? With the nearly three years that ICA has served, it is likely she would already be in the state hospital getting the care and treatment she "needs". IMO.

I have no idea why the State isn't objecting. It assumes facts that are not in evidence.

I'm a layperson knowing nothing about forensics, etc., but is it possible that the State is letting them get away with it because they can prove it was not a drowning?

He tried to sneak them in at the last minute, months after deadline, in a back door manner. But withdrew them when it become apparent that the state would then either get to have their psych people examine KC or she would have to testify herself. They are Dr's Weiss and...?

Dr Weiss and Danzinger (sp) - and as I recall, the STATE then retained them on THEIR list...which was a very smooth move.

Wouldn't you think the lack of pschological professional testifying on behalf of ICA would be a giant red flag to the jury?
