ok jb Just solidified in MY MIND that ICA CLEARLY didnt run out of gas.. Is JB stunned?

He just made it clear to ANYONE listening that there were GAS stations within WALKING distance to that AMSCOT and its ILLOGICAL for a person who runs out of gas to park there car within walking distance of 3 gas stations and leave it for 3 - 5 days(im personally forgetting how long it was there at amscot sorry) and then call her BF to come get her. If that were my vehicle I would WANT it. I would RATHER borrow money of the BF and put gas in my car then LEAVE it and tell people it broke down or ran out of gas. ICA seems like she wanted Indepence. leaving her car in an amscot parking lot takes away that indepenence.

Ok so in JB questioning of Tony he was like so KC ran out of gas but isn't there a gas station right there by the Amscot. Tony said he couldn't recall but thought it was something wrong w/ the car and KC said her dad would take care of it....So really JB you just made your client look more guilty pointing out a gas station right next door...

B.S. She abandoned it because of the smell, and parked it next to the dumpster to try to MASK the smell, in case it got worse. IIRC, the tow truck guy didn't smell the car either until trunk popped open. I think he might clear this up. At least, I hope so

Tony stated she didn't let him get that close to the car. No, GA didn't smell anything on the 26th, but DID when he got the car from the tow yard. CA and Lee also smelled it. Ms. Sanchez noticed an odor but thought it was the dumpster. We will also hear Mr. Birch smelled death as well. So, plenty of people noticed the odor.

She did say a Pooh baby blanket was missing from the home. During her depo CA also talked about a blanket that is usually in the trunk of KC's car. She said that blanket was missing too. I think she said it was a black and red plaid but I'm not sure.

I know....it's driving me crazy. It's a big mystery. How the heck did her car not smell to others until the 26th/27th?? is that right?
