Im getting the impression that DS isnt comfort ICA...I think that she is telling her not to show emotion or itll put a needle in her arm.

Yeah I get the impression the defense has backed themselves into a corner- if she doesn't show emotion she seems like a heartless sociopath, but if she shows emotion it blows a whole in their trauma story.

ETA that Cindy has probably relived that day 1 million times in her head.

The Caylee she said she thougth was still alive? Not being snide as I am open-minded about her today, but little testimonials like that which CA has made are surely going to make it to JB's hitlist on cross.

Normal height . . CA hip or waist area . . . 3 sets of sliding doors to backyard ...master bedroom, living room, kitchen . . .

main door used to access backyard is off the living room . . . (SA exhibit AV) portion of interior of the home in 7/08 . . .come in through the front door walkway to living room and a hall to bedrooms and bath . . .Caylee's room pointed out . . .

Childproof home w/toddler . . kc purchased doorknob covers . . . put them on all doors that led out of house and into other bedrooms. . .outlet protectors . . rearranged where things kept. .. locks on bathroom . . normal toddler things.

June 08 Caylee was 34 months old . . .she was pretty mobile @ that age . . slept almost all time in kc's room . . .occassionally take nap in her room . . .all in kc's room . . absolutely verbal . . .depending what she wanted to tell you . . .a paragraph . . .tell you a sotry (kc appears to be holding back a tear . . grimace) . . learn your child's speech . . I knew what she said . . .lived with A's since time she was born . . .LA in the house period of time . . kc also lived there entire life including entire time Caylee was with you . . .after Caylee birth before midJune 2008 . . any extended period of time? CA never went more than 24 hours without seeing Caylee but they would spend the night a few times elsewhere . . .CA birthday beginning of June . . .vacation either Monday or Tuesday that week . . .her Brother's wedding was 8th of June . . CA was thinking 2005.

CA usually take birthday week off . . .birthday on a Thursday . . had entire week of birthday off. . . didn't spend as much time with Caylee as she wanted to . . .for the most part she did . .. Father's Day 2008 . . .KC working that day . . LA moved out . . .GA had to work . . regular 3-11 shift . . . (KC wiiping tears) . . .went to visit CA Motherto have lunch, after left nursing home, returned home to Hopespring . . left Mom's home 3:00 -3:30 got home between 4:00 and 5:00 . .got home put things away . . Caylee wanted to swim . . had to get something to eat first. . . she didnt eat well @ CA's Mom . . fixed something to eat . . .got bathing suit on . . .went to the pool played in the pool . .. a ladder that attaches to pool . . .climb into the pool with the ladder . . . part of the ladder is permanently attachd with bolts . . .platform and steps inside are all one piece . . detachable exterior steps , prior to Caylee become toddler we would leave ladder attached . . after we would take exterior off.

I saw the tear. One. She let it roll down to her nose, then wiped it off. The other eye remained dry.
