LDB w/CA . . .after attaching ladder . . .she would help Caylee holding her . . natural thing . . not consciously think about . .. don't want them to fall . .provide support and protect her . . .spent alot of time that afternoon at least 1 hr . . .@ that age Caylee had on a lifejacket over her bathing suit . . (kc big breaths) . . .kc came home @ that time but didn't get in the pool with them . . how Caylee got out . . CA told KC that Caylee had enough . . get Caylee ready for shower . . .CA took off lifejacket & suimsuit in the pool . . fun for Caylee to be naked in the pool . . did that often for couple of seconds. . .KC received Caylee in towel in her arms. . .took off ladder put away and got out.

That evening was very special evening remember it was like yesterday . . .my Dad not doing well . . .Hospice . . wanted to document that time . . .not sure how much more time Caylee would have w/great grandpa . . .excited to show kc . . 3 of us sat and watched video together . . .kc & I cried . . Caylee didn't understand why cry . . .very
special moment. . .put the video from camera that takes video onto computer . . . not sure when it was transferred . . .don't remember if kc saved it at that time . . .(kc is crying) . . .later that evening GA got home after KC and Caylee in bed . . .CA was in bed when GA got home . . .Mondays are busy . . .I was early supervisor that date . . got there 7:30 instead of 8:30 lots to do . . .left home @ 7 am . . .never saw Caylee again . . . when left for work in morning 6/16/08 believed Caylee was in the house . . .on that day . . .believed KC had a job . . .event coordinator @ Universal . . . when celebritys came in kc worked behind scenes for the event . . some times during the day and quite often in the evenings . . .believed this because she told CA . . .there was evidence of lanyard . . text msgs and emails from her work/employer to her . . .lanyard with ID attached with a picture . . .said Universal Studios. . . .she had a shamrock necklace type thing w/lanyard and name tag . . different name on the nametag . . common employees to switch names being funny w/each other. . .

I saw kc @ work before and saw pics before @ work . . .time that went there and she was working was before Caylee was born . . after Caylee was born believed kc went back to work @ Universal . . I believe it because she did go back to work @ HRO 3 months after Caylee born . . .still employed @ Universal . . . there was a period of time where KC said she had 3 reprimands and you have to leave. . . one time kc said her bosses . . . I had spoken to her bosses previously . . .kc said she was able to go back . . .saw emails from Hardrock Cafe . . .some relationship she had with them and coordinating events @ Universal . . .specifically through a Supervisor @ Hardrock . . KC printed and showed CA emails and left residence as directed in email and CA thought she went to work . . .what was going to happen and what they were going to do . . .email to kc and several other people . . .CA watched Caylee and depending on the day and the hours . . .CA watched Caylee evenings and weekends - primary babysitter . . GA would watch her on and off . . .thought on 6/16/08 babysitter was Zanny the Nanny . . .primary people kc would leave Caylee with no full name @ that point . .. how long kc talk about Z? Spring 2006 kc engaged to Mr. Grund . . .one of her friends worked @ Universal as an IT person . . .Z was his girlfriend watched his child . .. if KC ever needed a fill in . .. the Grund family . . KC friend Lauren . . GA & CA weren't not available . . . Jeff Hopkins . . . ZTN . . .

WTF....a very special day, BS! Now, I can't wait to SP testifies that CA was upset about the money that ICA stole from her grand father. CA found out about it that day, so there was no love or special moment in that house that evening.

IIRC...she knew of this before Father's Day.

I was just reading the fake universal emails and noticed that one of them is addressed to "[email protected]", a blatant typo of KC's im name. If that was really in the original email, that's a dead giveaway that they are fake (as in, she never would have recieved that email).. haha as if the other 10 giveaways aren't enough.

I am sure we did transfer it at that time. That part didn't stick out in my head, I know there was a cable and she probably did save those pics on the computer at that time.

mondays are busy. I was early supervisor: my normal time is eight thirty but that day I left seven that morning.

no, I did not

yes, at that time she had a shamrock neclace and that lanyard would be on that, sometimes there would be a different name on the nametag.

yes, they switched for fun.

LDB: were you aware Universal employeed would have their name on their shirt?

yes, I had seen Casey at work, I had been to the park I was aware.

LDB: the times you went there and she was working were those before Caylee was born?

yes

LDB: after Caylee arrived did you believe Casey went back to Universal Studios?

yes

no I believe it because she went back to work...

no there was a period of time when Casey said she had I guess in her position three repremands and her boss didn't want to let her go and I met her bosses and there was a period of time she wasn't working but I was under the impression she was able to go back. (okay george and cindy are not totally on board...???)

hard rock cafe, some relationship she had with them and the events at Universal, it was from a supervisor she had at hard rock.

depends, if I was off or week end or evenings, if George was not working she would leave them with George. Or if we went shopping, George watched Caylee but if I was working or George was working and it was during the day she made arraingments with someone else.

LDB: who did you believe the baby sitter to be?

Zanny.

LDB: who is that?

a friend of Caseys' we referred to her as Zanny.

LDB: did you have a full name?

no

LDB: how long Casey talking about zanny?

spring of 2006 Casey was still engaged to mr. grund and Casey talked about one of her friends that worked at universal and said that zanny was his girlfriend and watched his child and offered that if casey ever needed a fill in or casey's best friend lauen at the time a fill in it was someone she might use as a baby sitter.

Cindy insists that Casey really worked in Human Resources at Universal Studios. Without even a high school diploma?

That strikes me too - and that Casey didn't just have a secretary job in some office. She had a "fun/glamorous" job like Event Coordinator (that involves way more work than Casey could ever dream of in the real world). And it was for someplace like Hard Rock Cafe or Universal Studios, not a run of the mill, boring office like most kids her age would've been working in.

IIRC, one of KC's "verified to be real" friends watched her for a short period of time while KC was working.

IIRC, Lauren said she started watching Caylee when Caylee was an infant. She said she felt bad for ICA being a single mother so she babysat for free. IMO, she made it sound like ICA was working fulltime. About 8 months later, Lauren came across pics of ICA partying when ICA was supposed to be at work and Lauren was babysitting for free, so Lauren quit watching her.
