There is a video where she says they heard Caylee drowned in the pooleorge was right there. Remember Toni's description of Amy showing up at the apartment she didnt do anything but look at Casey. I think Amy knows more then she will ever say.

That's because the theory was being floated on websites and blogs everywhere. MSM was feeding off what was being discussed even here. This was JQ public's theories. You can find threads here about the pool theory....heck, every theory imaginable. It was difficult at the time this was happening to wrap our collective brains around a mother (Casey) killing their precious child (Caylee).

Looks like the only way that the DT can say that Caylee got into the pool and drowned is if Cindy left the pool ladder at the pool instead of taking it away as Cindy has stated. So, in other words, Casey is pointing the finger at Cindy for leaving the ladder at the pool and pointing the finger at her father for the coverup and blaming her father's sexual abuse of her for her lying..................right?

This is incredible. CA is being 100% willing to help the prosecution. When I recall her depos with ZG's attorney in the civil case, it was like pulling teeth to get her to discuss KC.

This is giving me the chills. Too bad KC's defense team just didn't leave it with Caylee drowning in the pool and had to do the abuse card. They really really lost two witnesses by doing that.

Yeah and she was still looking for Zanny up until 6 weeks ago. 6 weeks ago is when they (CA & GA) found out that the DT would say Caylee drowned and GA & LA molested ICA. A think a light bulb finally flickered in their minds.

I wonder if CA will lose it with JB.

Casey wrote another note and passed it, the SA's walked right past them as the woman was trying to pick it up. She quit trying to pick it up as they walked past and sat down. The note in full view! Then they shut the camera off. Wonder if it was to Cindy? Boy, that shouldn't be allowed!

Same exact thing happened yesterday at days end, and I wondered if anyone at all noticed that.

Not so sure about that - they may wonder how a mother/grandmother could believe this convoluted story from a daughter who has been lying to her all of these years.
They may conclude that CA is the one who is nuts.

Especially when their other lies are exposed, which is what the DT will want to do to impeach them. This is far from over.

I have a question: when Cindy says she was looking for Zanny until 6 weeks ago, does that mean that Cindy finally acknowledged/agreed that there is no Zanny?

I think that was when all the 'rumblings' about George and sexual abuse started and maybe CA knew then that her daughter was involved

I don't know if this was discussed . . .but the whole alleged July 15th huge fight between CA and KC was not brought up in court yet at all . .. we are now far past that date . . .any ideas whether the SA will bring up the fight just before they introduce the 911 call or just not address it at all? Does anyone think JB is going to be the one to bring it up? Dying to see what others have to say . .. sorry . ..I dont look up often due to cliff notes

IIRC CA has always denied that fight. If they bring it up now, it will make her look like a liar jmo

Until they recess, we are bound to hear really great testimony from Cindy.
Prosecutors will leave the jury with much to ponder on Sunday.
Cindy said it all about the 6 weeks.
Hopefully throughout all of this she has realized that she can no longer enable Casey. She must stand her ground.
Baez will try to eat her alive, but we have all seen Cindy before..and I just know that this Jury will be pissed if Baez breaks this woman down any furts iher.

i just think that they knew she lied when they caught her but with these stories they just didn't fatham it at all so that's why they didn't catch it. These are obvious to us now and I bet CA is still dumfounded to how big of lies Casey told her.

This was Casey's ultimate 'game' of Survivor. I have wondered at times if there weren't other reasons for all of the accumulated gas cans (arson, burning evidence etc.)

I don't think someone needs to search some of the things she searched for simply to off a toddler- I think her parents were in the running at some point.

If she had this long, elaborate, pre-crime story about the "nanny" I think she thought she would get away with whatever it was she was planning.

I think she had several different schemes running through her head once the money train was coming to an end and Caylee was beginning to be able to tell on her. At least one person had to go- Caylee, and possibly two others- George and Cindy.

The defense is not objecting because this is the story-line they are going to push-
Not that Casey was lying, but that Casey lived in an 'alternate realty'.

The defense thinks this testimony is helping them.

and it is NOT!! being in denial and living in an alternate reality because you cannot cope with the trauma, does not include telling all these complex and detailed lies while spending the day in bed with your boyfriend, partying night after night, going shopping every day. This is not how that denial of a trauma and "alternate reality" post trauma would work. These detailed and ridiculous lies have buried her, the jury will not buy this, IMO, MOO, etc.

Oh, believe me, I agree!
I trust that the jury will identify that all of Casey's lies were completely self-serving.
She's toast.

Come on. She'd have to recognize a problem if she had been paying attention - maybe she never did, pay attention that is.

No real sympathy here..don't get me wrong. I have zero tolerence for lies, you could ask my 26, 22 and 12 yr old. I guess it's how you decide to raise your children.
I said it was easier for her..because that's the route she took. The easier route.

I'm only on page 59, but has anyone else noticed a little change of attitude in Cindy and a more gentle tone from LDB in her questioning? Cindy seems more accepting, resigned and less combative. LDB seems more sympathetic.
