I hope that CA doesn't feel guilty about ICA's tantrum (if she heard about it). I would be so upset to see her defend ICA or her actions in today's testimony. I worried about her having that break in her testimony and wondered if that fact didn't play into ICA's antics.

I've noticed that the DT has a really hard time calling her by her name ... someone needs to remind them that that little girl has a name and it's Caylee.

ETA: If I was on the jury that would really offend me.

I expect it's easier to defend Casey if you distance yourself from the victim. When talking about someone rotting in the trunk it gets too close when it's sweet little Caylee whose face the jury can see looking at them in the phtos and not just some child, any child, forgot which one.

There was a motion heard this morning. Lippman argued that LA should be allowed in the courtroom and HHJP agreed.

HHJP also ruled on the Grand Jury testimony of GA. HHJP did not release it to the DT and, instead, returned the transcript copy to the SA.
