I don't understand the value (in front of the jury) of that stone face. I just don't. I'm horrified. No matter how Caylee died, I am horrified that her mother is talking of lovingly washing off the baby doll's hands and face - because it smells of decomposition - while ICA sits and looks vaguely disinterested.

No I don't think so. She has to go with what she said before even if she knows now that it was human decomp.
She can't change her story or JB will have a field day with her.

wftv is saying that Cindy can't say the car smelled like a dead body, because it would contradict her earlier testimony. Are they talking about her deposition?

I don't see CA backtracking by saying that she didn't think somehing had ACTUALLy died in the trunk- I think she is doing an awesome job of showing why they were not caling the police yet and being very truthful- would your mind immediately go to my granddaughter is dead and was decomposing in this car? I don't think the mind of a mother (a normal one) or grandmother could go there- that tookmCA three years to do- she is REALLY impeaching JB's OS showing why the garbage provided a convenient excuse in their minds and caused them to wait for ICA's explanation.
VERY effective to make it real and human.

www.wdbo.com has Bill Schaeffer on a quick commentary - he says CA can't say it smelled like a dead body or the smell of human decomposition because she didn't say it on her deposition - because it would contradict her earlier testimony and she would impeach herself.
Bill says it is likely she has come to that conclusion since her depo, but she cannot testify to that.

So that is what was going on with CA's testimony - whew! I was getting worried.....

It sounds like if both Cindy and George say they KNEw it was the smell of decomp it will not be good for the prosecution because they both went back to work. So Cindy is being careful.

I know what you mean... but let's remember the state of mind G and C were in, not to mention their lives had been basically run by ICA's lies for years. Giving ICA the benifit of the doubt was a way of life in that household.

Question on lag time of various sites....I have 2 windows... the first is wftv for casey (does anyone else show exclusively HER?) but i don't want to use wftv for the second cam because they INTERRUPT w/commercials so right now i am using CNN Live to watch Cindy... but there is a lag... does anyone else have a link to a better stream that is IN SYNC w/the wftv feed?

Ahhh, just heard Bill Schaefer say, Cindy cannot say anything different from her depositions, when she was trying to cover, so "she is married" to those statements, and will be impeached if different today.
