LDB w/HHBP re: 911 calls.... HHBP to jury...disregard any allegations of acts of unlawful behaviors....HHBP will specifically mention stolen car and bank account money.....

CM objecting . . . HHBP 2.4 and 2.5 discussing law . . . use from 2.4 however defendant not on trial for acts not included in the indictment...CM wanting final first....HHBP just a second.....(JB & kc talking whispering....JB show DS paper...) HHBP CA's state of mind, excited utterance @ time, stolen car or bank accounts defendant is not on trial for any crime wrong or act not included in the indictment....CM thinks court's special instructions is necessary if CM original objection is overruled . . . OK bring the jury in and return CA to the stand....

I swear...I miss my keys, when I lose them, more than ICA missed little Caylee.

I just did that shopping yesterday! They weren't in my purse when I was checking out.....the clerk handed them to me - they were laying on the checkout belt thing.

And you should see me when I can't find my cellphone.

Or the one time my goofball dog got out of the back yard fence. I was screaming my head off when he came running back into the yard from the road.

Casey just sits there like none of this has anything to do with her. It's really unsettling to watch her.

Can anyone remind me why the stealing from Amy and CA isn't coming in? It seems relevant to me considering she was spending the money during the 31 days and stated that she would "lie" and "steal" to find Caylee. She also told Tony that it was her "back-up" plan money.

As HHJP has just said - because it is not included in the indictment .....She is not currently charged with the offenses mentioned at this trial.

Even though this instruction to the jury to not consider the theft of car, bank accounts, it will tell the jury how she partially paid for some of her shopping!

Please just let the jury see and hear all of the evidence. HHJP needs to smack the DT.

I think the jury will hear it all, but will be told to disregard the portion about car theft and theft of money

I may be wrong but I think it's because ICA is a convicted felon on those charges and they aren't allowed to advise the jury of ICA's prior bad acts as that would be too prejudicial.
