My heart is breaking. She is very believable and I think she was in some hardcore denial/panic back when this happened. She clearly loved Caylee more than anything.

I am having a lightbulb moment.....maybe I'm a few watts shy of sanity BUT...

I am starting to wonder if the entire "CA and GA and LA as agents of the State" issue is really more about the DT's suspicion that the family would be cooperating with the SAO and NOT sticking to the script.

HHBP reads to jury excited utterance....do not consider stolen car and bank account....do not consider any crime or criminal act not in the indictment....proceed to publish....1st 911 calll ....need to bring someone in to police dept....22 y/o person w/grand theft sitting in CA auto....stolen car & money.....is this your son? daughter.....Car was stolen today...affidavids from bank account....where did this happen? what address occur @ establish jurisdiction....not Orlando Police Dept....substation open during the day... that is city police doesn't have jurisdiction....transfer to Sheriff section and you can determine that.....my next thing we will get a court order to get her...I am not giving you another day...I already given you a month.....didn't stay there on Pershing(sic?) LE told her to go home or go to side of road...CA went home....didn't call GA or LA @ that time on Pershing...went directly to residence just a few minutes ... 1 1/2 - 2 miles away...approaching subdivision received phone call from LA . . .GA had told him to go there and wait for them @ house....LA was waiting @ house w/garage door open...LA in driveway...pulled into driveway left car out of garage....kc ran past LA ran to house....briefly told LA what going on....needed answers from his sister . ..want take to see Caylee...kc refusing.....didn't immediately call OCSO from home...LA thought if she was relaxed in home could maybe get answers....LA spoke w/kc, 3 of us kinda in 6' proximity of ea other....hallway/kc doorway/her room all speak to each other..insisted kc take me ....caylee doesn't need to sleep w/ZTN anymore....CA didn't care if disrupted Caylee sleep . . want to see CAylee...kc insist not seeing her that night...CA threaten to call police..gave LA more minutes to talk to sister...cA made another phone call to 911.

I loved it when ICA said give me one more day and CA said no I already gave you a month.

Cannot wait when CA is on the phone with 911 and you hear ICA say, why we they want to talk to me?

Cindy seems to be staying calm and simply telling the story...telling the truth without hesitation or hostility toward the prosecution. Stay strong Cindy!

CA just wanted ANSWERS!! how far can one be pushed.. here goes next 911 call!! i think we should be allowed to comment here on the way ICA looks when these calls are played.. they, imo, are KEY in the way she handles it...

LDB: did you stay on pershing where you made the call?

no

LDB: where did you go?

I drove home

LDB: at any point when you had casey in the car did you call george?

no

LDB: Lee?

no

LDB: how long to get home?

a few minutes only a mile or so

LDB: once you arrived in neighborhood was another family member there?

I received a call from Lee and he stated his dad had told him he needed to come home and I told him I would be there in seconds.

LDB: you saw lee?

yes, the garage was open and Lee was in the driveway.

LDB: pull into driveway?

yes

LDB: go into house?

yes, Casey jumped out of the car and ran past her brother.

LDB: inside what happened?

i briefly explained to Lee I needed answers from his sister and I was urgently trying to get her to take me to Caylee and she was refusing to do so.

LDB: call police then?

no Lee said we should relax and try to talk to her and so that is what we did

LDB: lee and casey speak alone

we were in a six foot prox of each other, casey was in her room i was in the hallway we could all speak to each other.

LDB: tell her you want granddaughter right now?

I said she does not need to spend the night with nanny go get her. casey insisted she didn't want to disturb her I didn't care if we were up all night. i would not go to work the next day, I would stay up with her I didn't care I wanted to see Caylee.

LDB: did she take you to Caylee at that point?

no, I was getting irriated and I threatened to call the police I gave Lee a few more minutes to talk to his sis but I got mad not hearing anything so I called the police.

LDB: "MM" into evidence your honor.

HHJP: received in evidence Cindy made a 911 call that was received by OCSO. This is a true and accurate representation. You may publish.

Wow, anyone else wonder what Casey would have done if given "one more day" by Cindy. I think she was going to split, for good.

I think she was also! Wasnt there something about a guy in calif? Correct me if im wrong! I remember something about Calif!

I think if ICA had gotten one more day, either her parents would be dead or she would have left.

I am wondering if 6 weeks ago Ca/GA found out they could of ben NEXT???
for the house and money??? and the stuff they knew about ICA.

This second call is much harder on Cindy, she's trying not to break down. I feel the weight of that day and Caylee's death is heavy on her right now.
