Attorneys appear to be comforting ICA but she does not appear that upset, is wiping her eyes and blowing nose

  • #1,322
Beth Karas just reported on IS that the reason the jurors' may have appeared emotionless is because they were all staring at their monitors focusing on the 911 call typed transcripts.

That makes more sense.

Bumping for those that may have missed my update.

omg..they are replaying CA's reaction... omg..omg.... and look at that.. ICA...just void of any humanity....

It's no wonder she was breaking down, I am bawling and I'm sitting in my living room in Texas, with no connection whatsoever to the family.

I think this call, paired with Cindy's reaction on the stand, just may be the most powerful evidence this trial sees.

May God be with Cindy, GA, and LA and wrap them in his protective arms to get them through this.

The problem is, and maybe my mind is too technical with this, is that this evidence only proves the lesser, included offenses. It doesn't prove murder 1. It proves she lied to police, concealed a body, but we still don't have proof of ICA murdering her child. So long as that is floating out there, unresolved, in my mind, I need the SA to have so much more.

If Baez tries any sort of combative cross he will alienate this jury for good. This is very powerful stuff.

In the Tampa Bay Area WTSP CH 10-2 usual weather channel, it has been broadcasting the trial with o commercials.

Doesnt show Casey much but all of CA. Poor Cindy:( Shes having a rough time getting through this.

KC is now angry again. unreal. this girl is so cold and evil DANGEROUS

  • #1,328
She is so gone now. defense will never be able to explain this. Who ever made up this defense ought to be ashamed. Surely they cant be that crazy. moo

  • #1,329
The defense can't turn this around. Game over.

Honestly... even CM looks sick. He just sat there staring into space, rocking and looking ill.

He should as a human and as a member of the DT.

I noticed that too about CM..I hope his conscious (if he has one) is getting to him!

Okay, okay you guys. It is sad but this lady only came clean once she knew Casey was going after her and George. She did not do right by Caylee this whole time. I know it was because her way of dealing with it was to believe Casey.

But she sure was able to snap out of that denial when she found out that Casey was coming after her.

Tim Miller, the way she threatened the GRUNDS. I am not trying to stop the loving outpouring but I still am mad for Caylee and all she went though and Cindy has been a HUGE part in keeping justice for Caylee at bay for lo these many years.

Sorry. I am sorry. I forgive but I don't forget.

Bless Cindy and George for NOW telling the truth.

Yup, look at Jesse Grund's statement, how Cindy threw Casey under the bus in incident at their home. Jesse dared defend Casey and treat her like a human being, instead of an object, as did her parents. CA is a sick person, horrible parent. Yes, I, too, feel for her today....but I'm not going to forget everything else just cause she's crying on the stand.

On the 3rd 911 call CA said "...2005 she's 3 yrs old...". That's not something she would said if she knew Caylee was dead.

It's obvious she's desperate and emotional which is more than her DD felt at that time or hearing the tape in the courtroom. Hardly any emotion from KC...cold, cold, cold.

I don't think I'll ever say another negative thing about CA.

He's probably thinking how the heck am I gonna get this turned around dealing with her and JB? Wonder if Ms Lyons is watching and communicating with the DT. And where is Jeanne?

I can hardly watch Cindy on the stand without breaking down. This is heartrending! And KC sits there so cold, soooo cold. I can feel her pain deeply and I don't even know her! The jury has to be influenced by this as well. This is to the bone, wrenching, emotional testimony. It is so true that sociopaths feel nothing unless it directky affects or involves them. Poor, poor Cindy. I hope someone is keeping a very close eye on both her and George throughout this trial and its aftermath. Suicide would not surprise me, sadly.

KC is actually playing with her hair now and is over it. SMILING AT SYMMS.

  • #1,336
Casey just smiled.

I am so angry at ICE What she has done deserves death I'm usually against the DP but now think some people like her and Eliza Baker deserve it.

That makes more sense.

Hoping they noticed Cindy's gut wrenching grief.........

WTH?????KC smiling!! I wish the jury could see this!!!!!!!

  • #1,340
I didn't hear GA on tape. I heard CA talking to GA, and some unintelligible in the background.

Cindy yelled, I'm sure at George, saying " I called them 2 hrs ago", which says to me George says call the police....
