I know that, but she hasn't done much at all in this trial. Maybe one witness total? And some objections? I guess we might see her again when the plant growth stuff comes up. I just had this impression she was going to be their go to person for the forensic stuff, and she hasn't been so far.

See, I think she had a chance at LWOP if she had acted a lot better this whole time. But seeing her sitting there, laughing it up, not one tear for Caylee, that is going to get a needle in her arm. No one on that jury is going to feel one bit sorry for her.

JB moved to strike all previous testimony of Dr Vass, and HHJP said "NO"

Oh really....lol didn't Baez say the tow truck driver was the expert, yet the real expert he disrespects...the jury will see this as Baez being a putz. Oh I mean an unusual person.

I missed it too. Something about the testimony right before the sidebar. HHJP gave a resounding "no" to JB.
