it's a little oblique at this point, but that does seem to be the case. - FYI in some phones you can store data on the card or the phone (in it's internal chips). I thought I'd saved all my stuff from my blackberry to my sim card, but lo and behold, I did lose a bit when I transferred it to my IPhone

It concerns me that she didn't remember if the phone had a sim card and then had to look to see if the records of the phone and the sim card had the same info. She had to look it up...ugh...how could she not remember that?
