SO: "What I did was compared the date and time setting on the camera with the current time um, at the moment I had the camera in my hand um, the current date and time according to my clock in my office at the time I had it was July 21st 2008 at 10:54 in the morning and the setting on the clock itself on the camera was the same date, July 21st at 10:56 in the morning. So, there was about a 2 minute difference."

she used encase software to examine harddrive which is the standard tool in the industry to examine harddrives.
Encase can examine every bit of info on the hard drive.

Yes, there is a very marked difference in her facial expressions and her demeanor. I'm thinking they are going to show the nursing home video and ICA can't quite get on cue as to exactly when she is suppose to cry.

She extracts the contents of teh computer via Encase to a read-only file. She then returns the computer to the evidence room so that nothing on the computer is altered or damaged.

I can't wait for cross.....coming from a guy who can't facilitate a secure server for autopsy photos....and who used his laptop during jury selection in a non secure manner.

Apparently JB was shocked when someone in the media linked in to his wi-fi signal....meaning NON SECURE.
