ICA sure seems to be busy with that book.
Jurors are often surprised to learn, after the trial, of evidence and facts that were withheld. I know *I* was, and I was angry about it, as it could have changed the outcome.
Imagine THESE jurors' post-trial reaction to ICA's demeanor when they review the videos on Youtube and other sources. I think they will be angry to see her laughing and joking the second they have left the room.
Oh Gosh. ICA had Peer to Peer software. Hope she wasn't pirating software of songs!! She could be looking at more charges!!
Vista didn't come out until 2006/2007, so XP was likely the originally OS. And anyone who has Vista...you have my sympathies.
Glad to see some other geeks here.
"Microsoft XP program". NO, XP is an operating system. Not the same thing.
Why is ICA looking like she about to cry? OMG she didn't shed a tear yesterday when testimony was given about decomp. :shakeshead:
My son, who is in IT, commented that he was impressed and amazed to see a female forensic detective. He stated they are very rare. He is watching this part of the trial since it is area of extreme interest. LOL
Splitting hairs. An OS can be referred to as a program, IMO.

I believe she means log in or accounts. SA isn't sounding tech savvy but I would guess most of the jury isn't catching this stuff. It's small details so far.
