IF he is trying to open the door about the fourth piece of duct tape, he probably does NOT realize it ...

He is scoring so many points for the SA ... he does NOT even realize it ...

BBM: I wonder if an attorney can answer this question ?

Not an attorney but I believe it is b/c Jose, similar to his client, has a vastly inflated view of his own intelligence, while he really is just not that smart. IMO

Hopefully the State will bring in the "extra" piece of tape...and then go back to the stain outline.

In my opinion, the State does not consider this extra piece of duct tape as being directly related to the crime. It may have been a piece of garbage left in the woods and was only coincidentally in the vicinity of Caylee's remains.

Here is its description. Note that it isn't the same Henkel duct tape that was on the face...

Q104
• Found apart from the skull, but in the vicinity of the letters of the “Big Trouble…” t-shirt
• Hair: Caucasian fringe hairs, hair fragments, very fine, light brown ONLY piece of duct tape found containing no head hair (per FBI, pg. 565, ¶4)
• Size: ~8.5”x2”
• Fibers: blue cotton, red cotton, off-white (d), black (d) (mostly opaque), grey-brown (d), blue (d) ≠ Q23-Q25
• Photo pgs. 1243, 1244 & 1245; info p. 565, 752

oh please let the Home Depot videos show that she purchased duct tape!

ACETONE! paint stripper...the SciSpot site said specifically that it was NOT the normal nail-polish remover, so not found at the 47 or so Targets ICA was known to frequent.

They also sell pool shock at the Home Depot, btw.

Hello? ICA did not purchase the duct tape at Home Depot - it belonged to GA and had been in their household for a number of years. That brand of duct tape was no longer for sale in stores. That has been one of the bigger points of identifying where it came from.

George had the same duct tape on the gas can. And it was used in putting up the Caylee is missing posters.

Forensic supervisor orange co, 11,5 years.

regular duties to go to major crimes, homicides, shootings to ensure everything gets done, reviews reports, administrative duties, takes calls himself

i didn't respond on that scene on the 11th, i did on the 12th.

i was assisting the other supervisor within our unit, clearing the debris, getting supplies, diagramming the scene

did you utilize particular program?

similar program surveyors use, on a tripod, to create twodimensional birds eye view

got the info from the evidence that was marked by CSI jennifer welch

including locations of bones?
yes

did you group them into various areas?
yes, we looked at them and some were very close, densely located and it was easier to put which remains were in that area

did you put other evidence, eg. a piece of duct tape?

the total station program, is it available on your laptop? Did you bring it?
yes

it allows you to print out various screens as you testify?
yes

show QJ and QK for identification

all of the bones were in those areas, as well as road way, duct tape

is there such density within the bones that you can't make out each individual marking for a bone?
yes

the other item, is that QJ

do those accurately represent sceens that you have on your laptop?

Seeking to introduce QJ and QK

JB apologizes, just seen one diagram

accepted after a moment

Sorry; I think I miswrote my email. I am hoping this is leading up to the video of Home Depot where is shows she urchased something that they found. Didn't mean it to be the duct tape.

IMO I think Caylee probably had close to 300 bones...and adult has IIRC 206

Children bones haven't fused yet

The duct tape came from the Anthony home. It's a rare kind that, if I'm not mistaken, can no longer be purchased, and could no longer be purchased in the Summer of 2008 either.

The duct tape used on precious Caylee came from the Anthony's garage. It's a rare high tempurature tape made by Henckel (sp)

Will the Thinker Pose be required for this?

Just an aside...I think KB is an active reader here. Just a feeling.

I think many of the media post right along side us here at WS. I also think the DT has organized an all out media effort to reach out and touch future potential jurors with their "She's not guilty" propaganda. Perhaps they are hoping for a new trial.

Yes, I would also, as long as it has something to do with this trial. But we have the garbage bags, Whiney the Pooh bag and duct tape coming from the Anthony home so I'm not sure what else it could be.

Unless it was products to make chloroform.

Ya know that's what I thought...but I could have sworn that the witness identified it by brand...thanks, hot dogs!
