And ICA is watching him intently from the moment he approached the witness stand.

IF he is trying to open the door about the fourth piece of duct tape, he probably does NOT realize it ...
He is scoring so many points for the SA ... he does NOT even realize it ...
BBM: I wonder if an attorney can answer this question ?
Hopefully the State will bring in the "extra" piece of tape...and then go back to the stain outline.
oh please let the Home Depot videos show that she purchased duct tape!
No...we don't want that...it's unique...no longer made (IIRC)...came from the Anthony home.oh please let the Home Depot videos show that she purchased duct tape!

Hello? ICA did not purchase the duct tape at Home Depot - it belonged to GA and had been in their household for a number of years. That brand of duct tape was no longer for sale in stores. That has been one of the bigger points of identifying where it came from.
George had the same duct tape on the gas can. And it was used in putting up the Caylee is missing posters.

Just an aside...I think KB is an active reader here. Just a feeling.
Sorry; I think I miswrote my email. I am hoping this is leading up to the video of Home Depot where is shows she urchased something that they found. Didn't mean it to be the duct tape.
Ya know that's what I thought...but I could have sworn that the witness identified it by brand...thanks, hot dogs!In my opinion, the State does not consider this extra piece of duct tape as being directly related to the crime. It may have been a piece of garbage left in the woods and was only coincidentally in the vicinity of Caylee's remains.
Here is its description. Note that it isn't the same Henkel duct tape that was on the face...
