I know, it's totally unprofessional. IIRC, he received a hefty sum of money from licensing fees to defend ICA. It looks like he didn't use any of that money to prepare for trial.

It backfired massively! But I wasn't sure that the Defense had to pay for their Depo. I know that Dr. Henry Lee wouldn't goto the prosecution Depo because JAC wouldn't pay for it. So it would seem like a double standard.

Haskell paid $23,000 from the state and says defense still owes him $$ he charges $400 an hour to testify.
