Baez expects the jury to believe that Roy Kronk stole a child's decomposing body, hid it for an undetermined length of time, and transported this still decomposing body to a new location around the corner from her family's house.

And then, waited from the first phone calls in August, until the last phone call in December?

Baez and the rest of the defense team can't see how ridiculous this idea is?

Trash is normally correct..unless you have items decompposing ^i^

Baez simply will not use the viewscreen. It would be so much easier- the witness, the jury, the attorneys could all see. Now we have 5 minutes to wait so he can flourish this board all around. JA suggests to use the viewscreen. Baez doesn't want to.

It's easy - garbage has the goopy stuff in it. Trash should go into recycling if you have that where you are. All empty containers and stuff.

I wonder if JB brought up the salary and made a point of saying that is is before his deposition because he wanted NH to say that he has not been paid. Therefore, it would appear as if the NH had a gripe with DT and has a vendetta. Oh JB, you really wrack my brain.

No I think JB was caught off gaurd because at first he said that the witness didn't bill them... but again Dr. H got him because he DID bill them, lol. That's when JB said the check's in the mail. I think JB really didn't think Dr. H would be so open about his fees since some of the other witnesses commented that they weren't concerned with the money and whatnot. I love that Dr. H was confident about what he deserves to get paid.
