In my opinion, the State does not consider this extra piece of duct tape as being directly related to the crime. It may have been a piece of garbage left in the woods and was only coincidentally in the vicinity of Caylee's remains.Here is its description. Note that it isn't the same Henkel duct tape that was on the face...

With respect, I completely disagree. It is the same exact rare brand of Henkel duct tape. If you read the duct tape thread I bumped, you can see where several of us actual matched up the tear patterns and this piece of tape was torn in sequence off the same roll as the other 3 pieces. It is from the same roll of duct tape as the other 3 pieces located on the skull.

Nope. It's just her daughter's bones scattered in the brush. Again, no biggie.

I don't think Casey has ever had "normal" responses to anything. And whatever surface social skills she may have once had probably have diminshed greatly while in jail. So she probably has no idea how her expressions come off to others, i.e. thinks her "stone face" comes off as serious and intent.

I think the point that the body is only 19 feet off the roadway speaks to female placing the body there as opposed to a male. Most woman I know would NOT go deep into an area like that alone, most likely at night.
