Oh wait...I think I finally get it! The state is going to use this study to try to prove that Caylee didn't die in water!
(I think.)
How? I am not understanding how hair banding could prove she didn't drown

The state is the one that is supposed it over to the defence. The FBI doesnt have to give it to the state if they didnt want to. The state on the other hand if they have it HAS to turn it over to the defence.
JA was quick to ask the FBI guy "didnt you give copies to them" on the stand, yet he knows that is his job. He should have asked his team.
Brad Cooper, the defendant, had to leave the courtroom even during recess. He also was not allowed to chair hop. There was a court deputy stationed no more than 4 feet from Cooper during the entire trial. This letting ICA do her 'thing' in this courtroom is ridiculous, IMO.
(Nancy Cooper was the victim)
I agree with you about JA. I do think, though, that he has a "thing" against JB, and will sometimes let that get in the way of the outstanding job he is able to do. He needs to just let JB, be JB, and be JA, the voice of Caylee!
But didn't he allege that she DID die of a simple, everyday drowning in his opening statement? Why would he want to disprove his own theory?
Why isnt Ms. Simms doing the cross exam????? Thought she was the expert???
But, he would have seen the email was in color and surely would have changed his printer if it was set to b/w or grey scale. jmo
