Yes there is. If we are to believe the 'accidental drowning' theory, 2 year-old Caylee was left unattended long enough to get into a pool by herself and drown. Not to mention, ICA had not ensured that all of the child-safety measures were in place (they're alleging the pool ladder was down, allowing Caylee access).

Well, my eyes have been opened. I've been re-educated. ICA is actually an excellent mother and model citizen! I make a motion that Orlando name the next new elementary school after ICA. I had no clue parents who tire of their kids can kill and dispose of them. I just did not know! I did not know lying to police was acceptable either!

In actuality, naming the school after Caylee is a great idea!

HHJP has to have some kind of thoughts on Casey he's very wise I'm sure he has seen her smiles and giggling in the court.

I do not think she has fooled him at all, question, can the jury ask the judge
to make the decision, as like in the Chris Coleman case, maybe it sounds like a silly question, but as I have said the laws here in Canada are very different!!

To be honest, I thought the same thing about OJ after he got aquitted and nothing really happened to him.

Well OJ had means that Casey doesn't have. Also this case hits a different note with the populace then OJ. Yes the bloody murder of Nicole was gruesome but this is the murder of a two year old child. Which will resonate stronger and cause more impassioned feelings.

That and this case has awakened alot of shall we say mentally unstable individuals as well. Some of whom involved themselves in this case. If on some pigs flying chance Casey does get out. IMO she won't be above ground long. Some mentally unstable individual will make her a target.

That and look where OJ is now. Sometimes justice is just slow.
