Actually, I am impressed with Cheney today. He is articulate and clear in speaking compared to his past performances at the mic. Better Cheney than JB any time or day for this specific motion.

I am in agreement here. I was getting concerned that maybe CM had lost his MoJo but his arguments here are clear, concise, organized and supported by Case Law. JB FINALLY made a correct call by allowing CM to make this motion.

One thing that has never been addressed, directly, is that she "supposedly" knew Caylee was dead for 31 days...yet they neglect to consider that Casey Anthony allowed her daughter, Caylee to stay out in the elements through the summer, fall and part of winter...not to mention the hurricane season...and to decompose to the point that she was skeletonized. She not only DID NOT REPORT her Missing for 31 days...she let her ROT for SIX MONTHS!

Opening statement of Baez said Caylee accidently drowned in the family pool on June 16, 2008 and now Mason said there is no evidence of that happening. Can we all say back peddling.

Yes there is. If we are to believe the 'accidental drowning' theory, 2 year-old Caylee was left unattended long enough to get into a pool by herself and drown. Not to mention, ICA had not ensured that all of the child-safety measures were in place (they're alleging the pool ladder was down, allowing Caylee access).

Not to mention that not all children found in pools not breathing are impossible to save, so neglecting to call didn't even give her a chance (assuming that I believe that nonsense).
