Some posts in another thread have said LDB has a 'flat' delivery etc ...
In fact I think her deliver always has a great deal of emotion in it at all times. Her voice & inflection always seem to hit the perfect notes IMO.
I especially love the sarcastic tone when refering to certian defense statements.

I think ALL of the attorneys can be flat and monotonous, but LDB is the easiest to listen to. To me, she seems off her game today, as if she does not feel well. She will be a powerhouse on closing arguments, I suspect.

My question to CM: And whyyyyy couldn't they test Caylee's body for chloroform?

Oh, THAT'S RIGHT. She wasn't reported missing or having drowned for 31 days (former) or THREE YEARS (latter).

Reminds me of Janie Weintraub yesterday claiming that the photo evidence showed Cindy HAD in fact forgotten to move the pool ladder. A photo that was taken 31 days AFTER the fact.

Didn't the body farm guy say that the levels of chloroform were higher than what they see in standard decomp?

He stated that he found the chloroform levels "shocking".

Please BP, make him stop. My ears hurt.

CM can't get his facts straight. The duct tape was 6.4 feet away not 9 or 10 feet.
yes it was and it was the FOURTH piece - not the third. Didn't he proofread what he put down on paper?

Cm voice is hard to be understood. He needs to speak slow clear and loud. He mumbles and it is diffcult to understand.

I don't get why he keeps bringing up gunshot wounds, and blood and guts and stuff. :waitasec: Makes no sense.

Well, he is certainly giving it his best shot, LOL!

CM...no evidence presented that ICA used duct tape, used chloroform, or participated in the death of "this child" at all.

  • #873
Ok - so if the duct tape wasn't wrapped around her head...then where was it wrapped?? Why was it there? How did the hair get stuck to it?

*********CORRECTION********

Earlier I said the tattoo La Bella Vita means Beautiful Life. Well, I just called my husband (he's Italian, born and raised in Italy) and made sure I had his explanation right. I didn't. There are nuances, like how bella vita used in a sentence. On its own without context, it could either be Beautiful Life or Good Life, and the tattoo owner would have to tell which one it meant to them.

Thanks for clarifying. I wish the tattoo guy had asked her what it meant.

Name's "Whitney". Lawyer in Mason's firm. Jim Lichtenstein and others on Twitter have dubbed her "Lawyer Gaga". So if you see that, she is who they are referring to.

If you get a chance could you contribute some of your knowledge to the thread I started on who's who of TH ? I'd be grateful ! :great: Part of why I started it was so there is a reference to go to when people want to know who is that person on TV or at the trial. people ask on this thread all the time about the same people they see like who is that gaga gal? You know that there will be a flood of new faces coming up very soon.. TY
