JA should get double pay for doing the DT work as well....

Aw, JA is evening the playing field...now DS will be as loud as the witness.

Took pictures of ME at the CRIME SCENE............(shakes head) I'm sorry, recovery site.

She went to the site to have pictures of HERSELF taken at the scene.....for a book, would be my guess.

Now why would the DT continue to use poster boards when the court is well equipped with a monitor specifically for this purpose?

Good thing JA is there to help out with the electronics and suggest a mike.

I'm starting to be grateful that DSC has not been doing most of the forensic testimony.

OMG, I was! ... Lichtenstein is psychic!

This man has a hair fetish! He is always commenting on someone's hair. Of course, we also have noticed DS's hair :innocent:

Off topic but my son said MOM that lady sounds EXACTLY like you when she speaks.

I looked it up. Sims and I originally hail from less than 40 minutes from each other.

Don't worry I don't take offense about my accent if anyone thinks she's too syrupy sweet. well that's okay haha.

The witness is looking up when tesitifying about leaf litter as if she is in the forest looking up shaded under a canopy of trees.

OMFG! She said the remains were there for 2 weeks?

OMG she said the remains were at the site only 2 weeks.

Jurors taking a long look at leaf litter photo from scene.

Their bates stamp numbers are different. I don't understand that. I thought the bates stamp was put on the report when the originator copied them. I recently did a deposition and he kept asking me to look at the bates stamp. I finally said 'wtheck is that?" and my lawyer had to teach me. The guy that deposed me was JB's brother from another mother, I'm sure of it.

BBM. That's funny as hell. I forget that what many of us in the legal field deal with every single day is not always well known. Yes bates numbers are numbers at the bottom of the document normally in the bottom right hand corner. If something is confidential it generally is marked so on the bottom with either "Confidential" or Attorneys eyes only (AEO). The verbiage is generally decided upon between the parties at the beginning of the case.

Also most of the time in cases there is a prefix before the numbers. Each party selects it's own prefix so it's easy to determine who's document production a particular document comes from.

Also when marking trial exhibits most of the time they're marked as either defendants or plaintiffs so the jury will know whose exhibits belong to which party.
