Simms asked for the shortest period of time Caylee's body could have been there. Kinda deceptively asked, imo.

Oh please - Bock went to the disposal site in Feb 2009 - now saying there was leaf litter. Well, duh - of course there is - trees shed leaves - it was cleared in Dec.

Where is this going?


Can't say when the remains were placed there - but can say the pattern of the leaf litter says the remains were placed there two weeks before being found?


I'm so confused!!!

Just because she says the remains were there for 2 weeks don't mean the body was not in the area, remember it was flooded and her body was most likly floating and finally settled 2 weeks before they found her...IMO

If Iwas on the jury, I would ask, WHAT about the leaf litter tells you that? She did not give any reason for the two weeks......IMO, MOO

Why would there be leaves from the scene in the trunk of KCs trunk? She took the body from the trunk and dumped it in the field, not vice versa. She didn't bring leaves back to her trunk. Whats the purpose of this testimony? Can't wait til Ashton gets a hold of this witness. She sounds ridiculous to me.

I am not a botanist, but can clearly see that Caylee was there for much longer than 2 weeks!

This is sickening!

She said the minimum time was 2 weeks. No one has asked her about a maximum time, yet, nor have they asked her for a range.

The DT will say that someone else dumped Caylee....but recall KC drove around ALOT!!! Bet some of her first choices for dump site had camphor trees.
