wow she's really fighting this. Wonder how much $$$ she rec'd for this testimony.

It's almost as if Baez has told all his expert witnesses that they won't get paid unless ICA is acquitted (over and above whatever the JAC pays).

It's as if he knows he'll be in line for lots of $$$$ if there is an acquittal, and he will pay out a little bonus, no?

We are literally going on a week since the defense opened their CIC, and I have yet to hear one POINT from anyone in defense of Casey Anthony.

Making yourself available as an expert witness to defend a child killer is a pathetic way to make a living. IMO she is despicable.

I am sort of in favor of due process and in that courtroom as it stands right now, there are no convicted child killers. In my mind, or in your mind, she may be a child killer, but this is her trial, and she is entitled to a defense.

Look, I think ICA is as guilty as the next person here, but I am trying to watch this more from a legal perspective and judicial system perspective. I realize everyone is not watching it with that lens.

BTW, I believe JA is now doing a bang up job on his cross. I should have more confidence!
