Good Morning.
I had three windows open - one for our discussion, one for the trial and one for ICA - and thought I was set and was ready for the action to begin.
Then, the trial window showed ICA coming in with her tied back shirt and when the cameo camera started, it showed her in a blue shirt with the big sweater over it. I was in a panic.
I had to reset everything and now I hope I have it straight with both showing her in blue.

Now, I'm way behind again today. Hearing JB spouting away.

JA up to HHBP about depo they took yesterday from Dr. Eichlinbloom.....
he didn't form opinion until 2 days ago....not peer reviewed....he and his opinion that could not withhold through a Frye hearing....scientific principle ability to obtain a certain chemical from a certain body (ie: dna) Defense has already had one witness testify ...Ms. Seubert already testified about dna able to come or not from ...


All reports from experts were to be in by a certain date....Mr. Eickenbloom (?)


JB - filed respons w/court 12/15/10 - listed CV, trace recovery, sentence 3 if he were called to testify re: dna and trace and ....substantive ....until then difficult to give his opinions .....issues raised about degredation of dna....this notice should have put the state on notice.....this is completely different than Dr. Rodriguiz....as issues came up and when your honor gave us personal experience....take that knowledge....these opinions were formulated on that Saturday....we were going to take depos and expand on what he was going to testify to....call Mr. Eiklenbloom to testify solely to deal w/dna degredation....JB would like argue that JA didn't object to Seuberts testimony....now he creates a ruse to Frye issues and all......solely limit to dna and degredation......

Mr. Mason will deal with other issues
